Data Editing & Overriding
1) Purpose.
Irion S.r.l. will proceed to the processing of personal data you have provided for the following purposes:a) carry out research aimed at the recruitment and selection
b) carry out information and training activities in general;
c) comply with all obligations under the law, regulations, rules of both the European Community and international (particularly accounting, fiscal, health, order and public safety);
d) meet all its contractual and pre-contractual obligations between the parties;
e) to enforce rights, even by third parties for judicial, administrative, conciliation, arbitration and extrajudicial matters;
f) meet its insurance contracts obligations to cover risks related to civil liability;
g) to conduct statistical surveys and market research.
2) Conditions.
All data as per sub 1, collected in any form, including through videorecording, whether by the concerned person or not, will be treated, even by electronic means, only according to logics and organization structures satisfying the obligations and the objectives set out in the paragraph above. In each case the data will be stored with all technical and organizational measures necessary and appropriate to ensure their security and confidentiality, minimizing the risk of their destruction or loss, of unauthorized access and of not allowed treatment, measures which are detailed and described in the security policy document; finally the same data will be stored for no longer than it is necessary to fulfill the obligations and to pursue the purposes referred to in the preceding paragraph..3) Comunicatari.
The data you have provided may be brought to the attention, as responsible individuals under Art. 30 of the privacy code, of employees and / or partners of Irion Srl by reason of their duties / responsibilities within the limits of the treatments respectively allowed as well as of the consultants and professionals involved in the evaluation process and of the Irion's client companies for which you may work, of the company's external consultants and its subsidiaries, associated to or controlled by Irion Srl and yet, to the extent of what will be strictly necessary and only for those obligations and objectives set out by sub 1, of the relevant public or private individuals, of the relevant insurance companies, of trusted lawyers, of advisers for managing payroll services, taxes or safety..4) Transfer of data abroad.
The data you provide, within the limits of the obligations and purposes of point 1, may be transferred outside the territory, including in countries outside the European Union.5) Data Controller.

Data processor for Irion S.r.l. is dr. Alberto Scavino, domiciliated by Irion S.r.l., with registered office in Torino, Via Livorno, 607) Natura del conferimento dei dati e conseguenze dell’eventuale rifiuto.
Il conferimento dei dati personali da parte dell’interessato è facoltativo. 8) Diritti dell’interessato.
Ad ogni interessato sono garantiti i diritti specificamente indicati nell’art. 7 del codice della privacy, il cui testo è di seguito riportato:Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 - Data Subject’s Rights.
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
