Together with each IrionDQ package processing an "Audit" pattern can be configured in order to record the processed data together with any of their intermediate processing steps in order to be stored as a separate IrionDQ "Audit History" database.

In this way, the system automatically sets all the structures which are to store the data and keeps track of the underlying processing logic; such structures are kept aligned to the varying versions of the package's rules and are fed with all necessary data to reconstruct ex-post the various processing phases or checks performed several months or years before.
Through this function IrionDQ can produce a complete and detailed record allowing the reconstruction when required of the ways in which a particular process was executed in the past.

Naturally all manual further additions and corrections can be included in the IrionDQ auditing plan too.

All the business logics are easily made available for implementation and management by anyone provided with the necessary authorization.
IrionDQ allows the the package's business logic automatic documentation in various formats either partial or complete. Such documentation can then be easily reorganized and extended with notes and additions and is continuously kept aligned in order to incorporate any possible changes made to the defined rules.
The system is then able to automatically produce the "Handbook of procedures and controls" for any given process.
